The Burnside dedicated design team work hand in hand with customers to ensure we offer the optimal design. Each hydraulic cylinder design is customer specific, to satisfy their unique requirements.

This experienced design team offers simultaneous design of hydraulic cylinders to help our customers accelerate new product development for early market launch. All design work is carried out on 3D CAD modelling and simulation software.

Our design department CAD System is integrated with our ERP system which in turn links the information directly to production.

The department regularly utilises FEA and DFMEA processes.
